Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited and restricted uses of 1stReply. It applies to all users, customers, teams, bots, integrations, API usage, monitor configuration, AI generation, notification delivery, and any other use of the Service.
1. No spam or platform manipulation
You may not use the Service to send spam, mass-produce low-quality replies, coordinate inauthentic engagement, manipulate rankings, mislead audiences, artificially inflate engagement, evade platform rate limits, or evade platform enforcement.
2. No harassment or abuse
You may not use the Service to harass, threaten, stalk, shame, intimidate, dox, impersonate, target, or repeatedly contact individuals or groups with abusive, unwanted, or malicious content.
3. No hateful, violent, or exploitative content
You may not generate, distribute, request, or facilitate hateful content, violent threats, extremist support, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation of minors, self-harm encouragement, or content that promotes real-world harm.
4. No illegal activity
You may not use the Service for fraud, phishing, credential theft, malware, sanctions evasion, unlawful surveillance, infringement, illegal goods or services, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable law.
5. No security abuse
You may not probe, scan, test, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, access non-public systems, abuse APIs, interfere with queues, scrape internal data, or attempt to compromise accounts, infrastructure, or connected services.
6. No misuse of AI generation
You may not use AI features to generate deceptive, harmful, illegal, infringing, defamatory, impersonating, or manipulative content. You must review AI outputs before use and remain responsible for what you publish.
7. Respect third-party platform rules
You are responsible for complying with the terms, policies, rate limits, intellectual property rules, community standards, bot policies, and developer requirements of X, TikTok, YouTube, Telegram, Discord, Feishu/Lark, DingTalk, and any other connected platform.
8. No unauthorized account or credential use
You may not submit, store, or use credentials, cookies, tokens, webhook URLs, bot permissions, channel IDs, or account access that you do not have permission to use. You may not use the Service to compromise, sell, rent, or transfer third-party accounts.
9. No resale or unauthorized managed service
You may not resell, rent, sublicense, or provide managed access to the Service without written permission. You may not create unauthorized automation, shared account schemes, or workflows that bypass product limits or harm reliability.
10. Regulated and high-risk uses
Do not use the Service for emergency services, high-risk decisions, legal, medical, financial, employment, credit, housing, insurance, immigration, law enforcement, or other regulated decisions without appropriate human review, professional oversight, and legal compliance.
11. Notification and webhook abuse
You may not use notification channels, webhooks, bots, or quick links to send malware, phishing links, deceptive links, excessive messages, unauthorized advertisements, or content that violates the rules of the receiving platform or workspace.
12. Data and privacy abuse
You may not use the Service to collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis, expose private information, bypass consent requirements, track individuals unlawfully, or combine data in a way that violates privacy laws or third-party rights.
13. Reporting abuse
Report suspected abuse to [email protected]. Include relevant account, channel, monitor, post, webhook, or message details where possible so we can investigate efficiently.
14. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit AI generation, disable channels, suspend monitors, throttle usage, restrict accounts, terminate access, preserve evidence, notify affected platforms, or report activity to authorities where appropriate.
15. Changes
We may update this AUP as abuse patterns, laws, platform requirements, or product features change. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the updated AUP.
